What are the lease terms?
4, 6, 8, 9, 10, 14, 15 month leases.
What does it cost to move in?
First month's rent, security deposit and pet deposit, if applicable.
Are utilities included in the cost?
Water, sewer, garbage and gas billing is distributed to our residents by occupancy and square footage of the apartment.
What's your pet policy?
Northwood Apartments allows up to 3 pets per apartment. Pet rent and deposits are applicable.
What is your guest policy?
If a guest is staying more than 10 days per month, we require them to be added to the lease agreement.
Do you require apartment renters insurance?
Northwood Apartments require renters insurance with $100,000 personal liability coverage.
How do I pay the rent?
Rent is paid through our online rent pay portal, by personal check or in the form of certified funds.
How are repairs taken care of, especially in an emergency?
We have onsite maintenance Monday through Friday and 24 hour emergency maintenance.
Is there public transportation nearby?
We are located off of the yellow max line.
How often does rent go up? By how much?
We have annual rent reviews.
What is the parking situation?
There is free street parking around the building. We also have a gated parking garage, those spaces are $125 per month and upon availability.
Are there plans to update the building?
Northwood Apartments is only 5 years old and there is no plans for updates at this time.
Is there a penalty for breaking my lease?
Northwood Apartments requires a lease termination fee of 1.5 times the rent and a 30 day written notice.
