DEPOSIT & FEES:
$350 additional deposit for one pet
$500 additional deposit for two pets
PET RENT:
$45/month for pet
$80/month for two pets (total)
2 pet maximum
PET OVERVIEW: Dogs and cats are welcome at our community! All pet residents must have their health check and shots, and be spayed or neutered. A signed animal addendum is required to be on file at our leasing office. Two (2) max pets allowed.
